It’s true, I hear that at the beginning of almost every session. And you know what, having someone pointing a lens at you while you stand there with a fake smile can be totally awkward – I totally feel the same! But when you feel comfortable, that awkwardness disappears and your personalities and love for each other is captured!
I should tell you that I am not the photographer for everyone. If you’re looking for photos where you have all serious frowning faces looking away from each other, we’re probably not a fit. But, if you want your photos to show genuine emotion, authentic moments, and your love – I can give you that!
Couples
Whether it’s for your engagement, anniversary, or just any reason to celebrate your love, I am here for it! Let’s capture these fun and romantic moments for you! My sessions are not your typical session, I don’t do the “stand there and smile at the camera thing”. Instead, you’ll be moving, dancing, laughing, and just enjoying your love for each other.
Once you get in touch we will chat about your vision for your session, your love story and get to know each other! I will help you every step of the way planning your session, from location choice to wardrobe options!
Weddings
I won’t just be your photographer – I’ll be your cheerleader, the one to help you with the tricky buttons on your dress, and the expert at pinning on a boutonniere. Need help planning timelines or locations scouting? I’m there!
Your wedding is a once in a lifetime chance to capture all of the beautiful moments that happen on that one special day. My approach as your wedding photographer is to capture genuine emotions and authentic moments. I want your personality and your love for each other to shine through in the images. That is why I shoot to capture the in-between moments, the ones that you will look back on and feel the love and joy you felt in that very moment.

It is so important that you click with your photographer – you’ll be spending a lot of time with them on your wedding day and they will be there for some pretty intimate moments. That’s why I love to sit down and chat with you face to face! And with the marvels of today’s technology, we can do that virtually! After we chat, I’ll send you a proposal where you can select your collection, sign the contract and pay the retainer – once that’s done, YOU’RE BOOKED!
Engagement session
Would you believe most people have never had professional photos taken – at least not as just a couple? Well, before we get to the big day we will meet for a gifted engagement session. We will let loose and get some amazing photos of you as a couple. But the biggest benefit is, you’ll feel more comfortable with me and having your photo taken, plus you’ll then know what to do with your hands! A complimentary engagement session is included in every wedding collection!
Your wedding day!
Before your wedding day arrives, I will be there to help you with your timeline and planning so you have the best light for your photos! I will be in the background capturing all of those natural, candid moments and when it comes to getting all of those important family formals, you’ll see me jump in and take charge to be sure we don’t miss a shot. Don’t worry, I send you a guide to help you plan for all of the photography-related things you might not think of!
The delivery
You’re going to be so excited to see your photos, trust me I know! You’ll get a sneak peek the very next day! YAY! And while you wait for your gallery to be delivered I will share a blog post telling the story of your day that you can share with your family and friends! It won’t be long until you receive your full gallery in your inbox, then you can relive your magical day through the photos!
Pet-Friendly!
Dogs are pretty important members of the family! If you’re thinking of incorporating your dog into your session or wedding, They can be a great addition and I am totally on board! I haven’t met a dog that hasn’t become my best friend and I always have treats on hand! Let’s chat about how we can include your cutest family member in your session or wedding!
